All purchases made through Jasnelly are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download delivery), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and files have been delivered.
Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased music files. It is your responsibility to save and store these files securely. We recommend downloading and backing up your purchases promptly.
Personal Use License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music files for your own listening enjoyment. Redistribution, resale, public performance, or any commercial use beyond personal listening is strictly prohibited without express written permission.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us at pricanmorena19@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the files you paid for. This does not constitute a refund policy — it is a commitment to deliver what was purchased.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after successfully downloading your purchase may result in the suspension of your account and loss of access to all previously purchased content. We actively monitor download activity and retain records of all deliveries to contest fraudulent disputes.
