Lineage
A house for the Orishas
Jasnelly began as a small archive of recordings made at family ceremonies — batá drums, choral chant, the sound of cowries hitting clay. Over years it grew into a label devoted to the music of the Orishas of the Yorùbá and Lukumí traditions across Cuba, Brazil and the wider Caribbean diaspora.
Every release is offered with permission, recorded with reverence, and accompanied by notes on the deity, the rhythm and the lineage of the musicians. We do not sell sacred secrets. We share the music that already lives in our streets, our houses and our hearts.
